Indicative Content:

Module 1: Customer Experience:

  • This module explores how customer experience operates across all teams, focusing on the integration of People, Process, and Technology (PPT). Participants will examine customer journey mapping, identify key touchpoints, and discuss case studies that exemplify successful CX enhancement through collaborative efforts.

Module 2: Trends in CX:

  • Participants will explore emerging trends in customer experience, including personalisation, the role of artificial intelligence, and the importance of omnichannel strategies. The module will highlight innovative approaches and adaptations necessary for organisations to remain competitive and effectively meet evolving customer expectations.

Module 3: Implementing innovation to boost CX:

  • This module identifies critical changes needed in People, Process, and Technology to improve customer experiences. Participants will engage in activities to assess current practices and create actionable plans. Emphasis will be on fostering continuous improvement and developing a strategic roadmap for implementing innovative solutions to enhance CX.
