Joseph founded StreetHR after a successful career as a Human Resource Consultant and Trainer. He spent many years working in various senior management positions and holds a Masters’ Degree in Training and Performance management.
He has played important roles in several HR and strategic related projects in various industries and had the opportunity to work closely with various business executives, international trainers and HR practitioners, both locally and abroad. He also served on a number of committees, including as director within the Foundation for Human Resource Development.
Joseph’s true passion is bringing out the best in everyone so they can make a strong positive contribution to their workplace and communities. In his free time, he loves to run and spend time with his family or relax with a nice glass of wine.
Michelle is our HR and admin assistant. Originally from the UK she has over 20 years experience in administration and customer service in a variety of business sectors which includes education, the leisure industry, PR and finance.
With her organisational skills and keen eye for detail, she endeavours to provide the best possible service to our clients and will always do her upmost to achieve this.
A very bubbly character who always has a smile on her face, Michelle's helpful nature always sees her 'looking out' for her Street HR colleagues.
In her spare time her interests include cooking (experimenting..), travelling, keeping fit and spending time outdoors with her family. Her guilty pleasure is watching British detective drama's on TV with a cuppa and a biscuit, once the kids are in bed...
Martina has more than 6 years of experience working within HR and Management, liaising with both international and local organisations. She has experience working in fast-paced environments within small to medium sized companies and her areas of specialisation lay in Talent Acquisition, Training, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Brand Management and Strategy Development.
She is a team-oriented individual and appreciates building strong relationships. Martina is described as having a 'go-getter' attitude as wall as having an analytical mind-set. Her main objective when working in an organisation is to translate the company's vision into diverse initiatives that improve performance and growth.
Every day, Martina takes pleasure in seeking out opportunities to learn and improve her knowledge.
Outside of work she unwinds by cooking and spending quality time with her family.
Moira is an Organisational Psychology Consultant & Trainer with over 10 years’ experience managing the HR function within Malta`s leading organisations across various industries. She has experience working in complex environments within small to large-sized companies specializing in Employee Relations, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training, Change management and Organisational Development. She holds a Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources Management and a Master’s degree in Psychology of Work from the University of Leicester.
In her free time, she loves to go to the gym as it`s a superb place for her to unwind & loves spending quality time with her family.
Sofia is our Talent Acquisition and Customer Service Specialist. She brings her extensive knowledge in Human Resources, Recruitment and Outsourcing to StreetHR and her focus is to provide an excellent service to both current and potential, candidates and clients.
She is ambitious and driven and to follow her love for HR, she enjoys learning new skills to expand her knowledge and abilities in the field. Thanks to her professional experience and educational background she’s eager to assist our clients in achieving their objectives.
Sofia is proactive, energetic and an extrovert. In her free time, she likes to travel, try new cuisines and read novels. She also enjoys cheering for the Argentinian football team and watching ice skating competitions.
Nicole is our Marketing & Customer Experience Executive.
She has more than three years marketing experience in both international and local organisations, which include real estate, retail, sport and clubs.
She enjoys working in dynamic and challenging environments whilst she has a depth of experience of organisational restructuring and change, mergers, and new processes.
Nicole also earned a bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Malta.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys playing hockey but she is also an ardent hockey coach with the under 16's at Qormi Hockey Club.
As a means to unwind after a stressful day of work and deadlines, she enjoys cooking and we hear she has some excellent skills. As well as this, Nicole has a passion for traversing the world whenever she can.
