We are committed to protect your privacy as a visitor to our website. The information you submit will be processed by StreetHR. The data you provide us with via the contact forms on our website is stored in our website servers which are located in the Netherlands. Also, since we receive the data you provide us with via email the data is also stored on our Microsoft servers. When signing up to our mailing list, or if you are a jobseeker, the data you provide us with is in the Company’s CRM and licenced software owned by Firefish Software Limited (Company Registration No.: SC370891).

Recruitment services and functions are also carried out in accordance with Recruitment Agency Licence 162-2018.

In order to support jobseekers finding ideal roles, StreetHRs uses the ‘Headliners’ scheme that is published on the website URL https://streethr.com.mt/headliners to promote talent to Hiring Managers in a completely sealed and anonymous manner.  Only general characteristics (areas of expertise, salary expectations, etc) are disclosed in the “Headliners” recruitment portal.  Personal information will never be shared with any third party without the explicit consent of the individual ‘Headliner’.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time during the course of business. We shall inform you by email or by means of a public notice on our homepage should this be the case. You are obliged to review such changes and your continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to any updates.

Third Parties

Your data will never be forwarded to third parties without your consent to do so.  In the case of jobseekers your consent may include forwarding your CV and your profile to potential employers (i.e. Companies seeking recruitment services). In such circumstances your data will hence be stored at third parties who are legally obliged to protect your data in line with regulations. We advise potential employers not to keep your data for a period longer than 1 year from date of submission. This is to also exercise and protect our legal rights in this regard.

Certain information may be required to be passed to trusted third parties who support us in the course of business activities with the aim of providing you with optimum services. This includes our website administrators and upon your consent, to suppliers of psychometric tests and similar tools that may be utilised to enhance your recruitment experience.

Data Retention

By accepting these terms, you are giving us consent to keep your data for a period of 5 years from the date of submission. This period ensures that we keep you updated with the latest updates from our end. In the case of jobseekers, this period is to ensure that the right match would have been identified and you would have experienced the role within a reasonable time-frame and/or opt to be provided with further opportunities depending on your career choices. During this period and based on your preferences we may also use your details to send you marketing material via email, SMS or other media including new job adverts as they become available. After this period, you have the right to renew your consent in line with our privacy policy as may be updated at that particular point in time.

Data Deletion

All the data that we have about you is solely that provided to us by you, either via email or social media or else through the application forms provided on our website.

Should you wish to delete your data, you have the right to do so by sending us a request in writing to info@streethr.com.mt and we will action this within 24 hours or as soon as it is practically possible. You may also unsubscribe from our mailing list via the form on our homepage.

In the case of jobseekers, you may also request deletion of your data via the ‘My Account’ function on your profile. You can also use the unsubscribe facility that is typically found in our generic email correspondence. Moreover, you can also opt out from receiving mailshots including Job Alerts and Marketing Emails via the ‘My Alerts’ function on your profile.  In the case that no activation/response is recorded from your end, the system will generate automated emails asking you to activate your profile. Should you not activate your profile for a continuous period of 5 years, your profile and all your data stored by us will be deleted.

Jobseekers’ Profile

Once your registration is complete you can also access your profile online and update your data (such as CV, skills, preferences and salary expectations). From time to time you will receive automated emails asking you to activate your profile or job-alerts. You are able to access your profile anytime (24 hours a day) and you are also able to edit your data as you deem appropriate. Your data is safely stored and we suggest that you do not share your password with third parties under any circumstances. We never send you emails or any other form of communication to request you disclosing your password or other personal details.

Your legal rights

For your general information regarding GDPR regulations you shall have the following rights:

  • Right to access;
  • Right to rectification;
  • Right to erasure;
  • Right to restrict processing;
  • Right to object to processing;
  • Right to data portability;
  • Right to complain to relevant authorities;
