PRISM Brain Mapping

PRISM Brain Mapping is a unique way of identifying people’s behaviour preferences based on brain activity. Unlike traditional psychometric instruments, PRISM approaches human behaviour from the perspective of neuroscience, rather than psychological theory.

This exciting online tool takes advantage of some of the most up-to-date neuroscience discoveries to provide users with a series of ‘maps’ which are representations of how their brain prefers to work. PRISM’s reports, provide us with a series of measures including behavioural strengths, competencies, emotional intelligence, mental toughness and more. Most importantly it can be a very powerful tool to support individuals, teams and organisations achieve tangible results and performance.

 PRISM Reports

PRISM is a profiling self-completion online questionnaire and provides each delegate with a detailed report and reveals a number of potential aspects that users can explore.  StreetHR’s PRISM certified practitioners are able to give a detailed explanation to enable self-interpretation and exploration of this useful tool.

The report also indicates where individuals may be overdoing or not making full use of their preferences in relation to their work.  This insight also helps to understand the true potential, as well as what may be hindering employees from achieving even higher levels of performance.

There are 3 types of PRISM reports with varying detail. These are Foundation, Personal and Professional, the first being the basic model and the latter the most in-depth, providing valuable data for decision making, development, career progression, performance optimisation and much more!.

PRISM Benchmark

The PRISM benchmark planner provides you with a step-by-step process that will ultimately help organisations to identify those candidates who have high performance potential for specific roles. It is a process that goes deeper than conventional recruitment methods and creates not only a comprehensive picture of which candidate is most suitable, but also clarifies those elements of the job that are critical for performance excellence. It is not designed to identify or measure a candidate’s eligibility for a role but it goes much deeper. It also identifies and clarifies those elements of the job that are critical for performance excellence.

Team Performance Diagnostics

PRISM Team Performance Diagnostic is designed to provide you with an analysis of your team’s current performance and help you identify internal needs to focus on to improve their overall performance. It covers 6 key result areas and measures organisational culture and team morale.  StreetHR can tailor Team Performance approaches depending on the team development needs and ensuring that each individual member contributes to the success of the team and ultimately of the organisation.

PRISM 360° Degree Feedback

PRISM 360° feedback is a process whereby individuals (the candidates) receive a detailed and comprehensive report that also includes feedback from the people who work around them (the observers). This can include their manager, direct reports, peers and in some cases customers or clients (the observer groups); in fact, anybody who is familiar with the candidate’s work can be included in the feedback process.

PRISM 360° assessments not only tell you what is contributing and what may be detracting from a person’s effectiveness, but it also highlights ‘why’ this may be happening, giving you deep insight into what is taking place beneath the surface. It provides a powerful, graphical report that is easy to understand, analyse, and use to deliver feedback that can have a big impact on your business.
