This was my first time at a HR GIG event. The event took place at an amazing venue. There were carefully selected, insightful speakers and brilliant organisation produced interesting conversations where delegates really had the opportunity to share and learn from each other. They also arranged a wonderful team building exercise to break up the day, which also gave delegates to collaborate with social purpose. Working with the organisers, I found their passion and attention to every detail inspiring and they created real engagement for the delegates. HR GIG 10 was the outstanding event of my year.

HR GIG is a rare conference that actually curates speakers with something genuinely interesting to say rather than simply impressive titles. Thoughtfully organised, intimate, and set in a wonderful venue – Malta makes for a perfect work escape. Highly recommended for serious CX and HR practitioners.

HRGIG 8 energy is a great conference with a fresh perspective. My panel participation was a great opportunity to share my experience at how employee experience translates to customer experience and that employees give us the bottom line. Moreover I shared some insights on how data points are important and that to be true HR business partners, HR professionals need to think like CEOs. It was a good opportunity to connect and share insights with other professionals across roles and industry. Well done team

HRGIG is a great place to network and also discuss people challenges and organisational trends. Meeting fellow leaders and lots of HR practitioners helps me both from a professional development perspective and also because it gives time to look at organisational challenges and compare notes.
