Employment 360 is powered by a pool of professionals with years of experience and exposure to real HR cases. The concept was spearheaded by Dr. Paul Gonzi, a Partner at Fenech & Fenech Advocates, who since 2008 has garnered extensive experience advising employers and employees on employment law and data protection, as well as practicing before the Tribunals and Courts in Malta.
